Today, I’m grateful for the word “no.”
It’s a word I don’t use often enough, although I do use it more than I used to. In a world of too much busy-ness, information overload, and a whole lot of FOMO (fear of missing out), sometimes the best thing for our personal well-being, as well as for the greater good, is to step back and just say “no.” It can be a hard lesson to learn.
What are you grateful for today?
